IBF - International Breathwork Foundation - GIC 2024

A little while ago, I wrote a blog post about my participation in the GIC, the Global Inspiration Conference. This is the annual international event organized by the IBF. In August 2024, it took place in the Netherlands.

I had the opportunity to attend both as a photographer and as a participant.

As a participant, I experienced several wonderful and special breathwork sessions, and in the end, I even had the chance to facilitate one myself.

During the GIC, a video was made, and it’s now finished. You can watch the result below — it turned out beautifully. Both my work as a photographer and as a facilitator are featured in it. Briefly, but I really enjoyed seeing it. Many thanks and compliments to the creators!
